The high demand for affordable housing in rapidly developing cities and the need to minimize the environmental impact of urbanization has brought sustainable development and workforce housing to the forefront of the conversation.
Your search for a reliable construction company in Sacramento ends with Project H.E.A.T., a trusted Community Interest Development non-profit organization launched by Johnni Pearl Industries (JPI). Not only does Project H.E.A.T. provide exceptional construction services but we also are actively creating a housing community that challenges the misconception that affordable housing developments do not bring value to a community. Through a very unique mentor/apprentice-based program, we provide general construction services to the public that help us fund affordable housing projects
This process of combining apprentices with mentors creates a workforce dedicated to earning “sweat equity” while also contributing to our overall vision and mission. In our local communities, we will be joining forces with Habitat for Humanity, HUD, local community action agencies, and other local resources to ensure project success while positively impacting the housing crisis.
