Commission/Royalties: 5% commission/royalties on sales made through the program.
Job Description:
JOHNNI PEARL INDUSTRIES dba PROJECT H.E.A.T. is seeking motivated individuals with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship to participate in our new initiative aimed at supporting journeyman, inventors, first-time farmers, and tech home-based businesses. This program includes a 3-year contract worth $150,000, with the potential for long-term growth opportunities within the ServiceNOW network and the chance to expand into new markets.
As a participant in the program, you will have access to funding and resources to help launch or grow your business. This includes but is not limited to:
Funding for business equipment and supplies
Mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs
Networking opportunities with other program participants and stakeholders
Marketing and advertising support to help promote your business
Access to affordable housing solutions through our Workforce Housing Program.
As a participant in the program, you will also be eligible to receive a 5% commission/royalties on sales made through the program.
Requirements:
Journeyman/Inventor/First-Time Farmer/Tech Home-Based Business Owner with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship
Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
Demonstrated experience in your field
A solid business plan that outlines your goals, target market, and financial projections
Must be willing to sign a short Confidentiality Agreement.
One time security fee
Client/Tenant/Apprentice will pay one time fee of TBA that shall be held in TRUST for the duration of the contract. The funds will be used either towards the down payment on a purchased home or closing cost at the end of 3-year contract. The distribution of funds will be determined at the end of the contract.
